Our Rules and Regulations
- Treat all players, staff, and visitors with respect and courtesy.
- Treat everyone equally, regardless of age, gender, race, religion, nationality, or skill level.
- Refrain from using offensive language, gestures, or behavior that may be harmful or offensive to others.
- Prioritize safety at all times and adhere to facility rules and guidelines.
- Report any hazards or unsafe conditions to the facility staff immediately.
- Do not play if your movement or judgement is impaired by alcohol or other drugs.
- Keep the facility clean and tidy. Dispose of trash in designated bins.
- Wear appropriate sports attire and non-marking athletic shoes on the court.
- Use equipment, including paddles and balls, appropriately and responsibly.
- Return borrowed equipment to its designated area after use.
- All players must check in at the front desk.
- A maximum of 6 people is allowed per court.
- Please wait outside the gates of your court until your assigned time.
- Wait for a break in play before entering or exiting the court.
- Refrain from walking across or stepping on other courts while games are in progress.
- Do your best to warn adjacent courts if you hit a ball onto their court.
- Adhere to the facility's reservation and scheduling policies.
- Respect the allotted time for each game, and allow others to play during their reserved slots.
- Embrace the spirit of fair play and good sportsmanship.
- Always strive to make correct line calls. If in doubt, you must call the ball in.
- Accept the outcome of games with grace and without causing disruptions.
- Children must be supervised at all times and should not interfere with ongoing games.
- Spectators should maintain a reasonable distance from the courts to avoid disrupting play.
- In case of any disagreements or disputes, address them calmly and courteously and If necessary, involve facility staff to mediate and resolve conflicts.
- Comply with all facility rules, regulations, and guidelines set forth by the management.
- Report any violations or unsafe behavior to the facility management promptly.
